1. Betaalmethodes
Bij Lemon Nails Bar kun je op verschillende manieren betalen:
- In de salon — Contant, pinpas en contactloos betalen
- Online — Via onze beveiligde betaalomgeving, mogelijk gemaakt door Mollie
2. Online Betalingen via Mollie
Alle online betalingen worden veilig verwerkt door Mollie, een door De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) geregistreerde betaaldienstverlener. Mollie verwerkt betalingen voor meer dan 130.000 bedrijven in Europa.
Beschikbare online betaalmethodes:
- iDEAL — Direct betalen via je eigen bank
- Credit- en debitcards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay — Snel en contactloos betalen
- Bancontact — Populair in België
3. Reserveringsopties
Bij het online reserveren kun je kiezen om het volledige bedrag online te betalen via Mollie, of om in de salon te betalen wanneer je langskomt. Online betalen is niet verplicht.
4. Beveiliging
Alle online transacties zijn beveiligd met:
- SSL-encryptie — Al je gegevens worden versleuteld verzonden
- PCI DSS-compliance — Mollie voldoet aan de strengste beveiligingsstandaarden voor kaartbetalingen
- 3D Secure — Extra verificatiestap voor kaartbetalingen
Lemon Nails Bar slaat geen betaalgegevens op. Alle betalingsinformatie wordt uitsluitend verwerkt door Mollie.
5. Terugbetalingen
Terugbetalingen worden per geval beoordeeld. Als je je afspraak minimaal 24 uur van tevoren annuleert, ontvang je je online betaling terug. Bij annulering binnen 24 uur wordt de betaling niet terugbetaald.
6. Mislukte Betalingen
Als een online betaling niet lukt, kun je het opnieuw proberen of ervoor kiezen om in de salon te betalen. Je reservering wordt pas bevestigd na succesvolle betaling of keuze voor betaling in de salon.

3. Reservation Options
When booking online, you can choose to pay the full amount online via Mollie, or pay at the salon when you arrive. Online payment is not required.

Lemon Nails Bar does not store any payment details. All payment information is exclusively processed by Mollie.
5. Refunds
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive your online payment back. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
6. Failed Payments
If an online payment fails, you can try again or choose to pay at the salon. Your reservation is only confirmed after a successful payment or choosing to pay at the salon.

Lemon Nails Bar không lưu trữ thông tin thanh toán. Tất cả thông tin được xử lý bởi Mollie.
5. Hoàn Tiền
Hoàn tiền được xem xét theo từng trường hợp. Nếu bạn hủy lịch hẹn trước 24 giờ, bạn sẽ được hoàn lại tiền thanh toán online. Hủy trong vòng 24 giờ sẽ không được hoàn tiền.
6. Thanh Toán Thất Bại
Nếu thanh toán online không thành công, bạn có thể thử lại hoặc chọn thanh toán tại salon. Đặt lịch chỉ được xác nhận sau khi thanh toán thành công hoặc chọn thanh toán tại salon.
